Used for growth and repair of muscle fibers - important to aid hypertrophy

Fish, eggs, dairy, nuts and seeds

Should be eaten in small quantities as they are stored in the body which can lead to weight gain

Used in low intensity high duration sports

Butter, oil, fatty meats and fried food
