A
Frequent or severe over 3 months Sudden onset/ worse of life New onset age 50+ Changes with change in position Worse w valsalva or exertion Constitutional symptoms Cancer, HIV, Pregnancy Head trauma Change from previous headaches Papilledema Neck stiffness Focal neuro déficits
