Ears Sinuses Throat and Mouth Cervical lymph nodes Percuss lungs Say 99 (Tactile fremitus) Listen to lungs (anterior and posterior) Say 99 (bronchophony) Whisper 99 (pectoriloquy) Say Eeeeeee (egophony) JVD Carotid upstroke Listen for bruits Heart and abd exam Calves and ankles for tenderness/ swelling
