Primary - headache is primary problem (tension, cluster)
Secondary - headache is secondary to mass, etc

Not many good ones, but avoid caffeine, NSAID overuse, etc to prevent rebound headaches

high flow oxygen, Triptans, steroids can shorten, avoid alcohol
