Hx presentation: 30-50 y/o, women, smokers, FH of RA

Sx presentation: Pain and stiffness in multiple joints (especially wrists, PCP, and MCP), morning stiffness lasting more than 1 hour, fatigue, weight loss, anemia

Exam: Boggy swelling, synovial thickening in joint exam

Criteria

Have at least 1 joint with definite clinical synovitis

Synovitis not better explained by another disease

Low-high positive Rheumatoid factor or low-high positive ACPA

Abnormal CRP or abnormal ESR

>6 weeks
