Statements for proficiency: practice safely and effectively with their scope of practice

Clearly defined + understood-credible
S-specific-well-defined achievements
M-measureable: obvious when someone meets/falls behind standards
A-attainable-not impossible to meet
R-relevant:specific for diff psychologists
T-time-bound:re-register every 2 years
Evaluation: weaknesses
-too vague?
-2 years appropriate time? -money making scheme? Pace of healthcare:more regularly?
-are they all equally relevant?
