NO. The ramp lead signature indicated the packages are properly packaged, placed correctly, and that there are no leaks.

YES. EXCEPT KSEA, where a handwritten modification is allowed.

If dangerous goods are moved, rejected, or bumped are hand written notes allowed on the NOTOC?

Yes. CA’s initial the form indicating they are aware for a new location.

Bumped or Rejected items are noted as such on the NOTOC and initialed. The ACARS closeout will show this change when available.
