what do splinter haemorrhages (red/brown streaks in nail bed) indicate
bacterial endocarditis
what does clubbing indicate (cardio)
infective endocarditis, cyanotic congenital heart disease
what do janeway lesions indicate
bacterial endocarditis
what do oslers nodes indicate
infective endocarditis
what is normal capillary refil time and what does prolonged time indicate
normal is <2 seconds , prolonged may suggest hypovolaemia
