bedside, are they comfortable at rest, malar flush, chest, legs

A
GTN spray, O2, medication, mobility aids

what does malar flush indicate (plum red discolouration of cheeks)
A
mitral stenosis

what can you see on the chest
A
scars or visible pulsations (look under arms for thoracotomy scars)

what can you see in the legs
A
scars from saphenous vein harvest for CAGB, peripheral oedema, missing limbs or toes
