Spa and fitness gym services
nowadays are usually provided in every room. Not all types of accommodation offer this service for free, however, especially those located in a remote area
Telephone services
either an in-house facility (any service or facility that is situated in the enterprise) or by arrangement with an outside laundry and dry-cleaning firm.
Laundry services
a parking service that can either be a free or a paid service.
Valet service
make tenants or concessionaires pay a rental fee if they want to operate within the vicinity of the establishment.
Rental and concession services
from car rental and taxi services, theater services, and travel agencies are also considered another source of revenue of different accommodation establishments.
Commissions
normally exchanged by hotels or other types of accommodation for guests at rates more favorable to them as a business than banks
Foreign currency
also some of the recreation activities and facilities that guests may consider as part of their travel needs.
Casinos and gaming entertainment
This means that the hotel and other accommodation establishments must have the ability to innovate and amaze their guests consistently.
The number of local hospitality hosts is increasing.
This translates to requiring accommodation establishments to come up with better ways to understand the perspectives of the guests while considering themselves as a form of business.
The demands of the guests are ever-changing
This refers to retaining one’s staff.
The workforce is challenging to be sustained
