CENTERING POINT: head of 3rd metacarpal

7. Collomation: all phalanges, soft tissue border of hand and distal radius and ulna
8. for trauma, fracture, tutor, foreign body

3. externally rotate hand 45 degrees
4. keep medial aspect of hand and thumb in contact with IR
5. anatomical marker
6. SID 100cm

CENTERING POINT: head of 3rd metacarpal

7. Collomation: all phalanges, soft tissue border of hand, distal radius and ulna
8. for trauma, fracture (metacarpal), tutor, foreign body

3. extend and abduct thumb
4. use pads where needed
