According to PHE: Wet hands and apply soap Rub palm to palm Rub one palm over back of other and swap Interlace fingers Rub back of fingers in palm Rub thumbs Rub fingertips in palm Rinse and dry hands Turn off tap with elbow Repeat if hands still soiled
