O: trapezium & flexor retinaculum
I: 1st metacarpal
N: recurrent branch median nerve (C8, T1)
A: medially rotate thumb
Abductor Digiti Minimi
O: pisiform & tendon of flexor carpi ulnaris
I: proximal phalanx of little finger
N: deep branch ulnar nerve (C8, T1)
A: abducts little finger at MCP
Flexor Digiti Minimi
O: hook of hamate & flexor retinaculum
I: proximal phalanx of little finger
N: deep branch ulnar nerve (C8, T1)
A: flexes little finger at MCP
Opponens Digiti Minimi
O: Hook of hamate & flexor retinaculum
I: medial aspect of metacarpal 5
N: deep branch ulnar nerve (C8, T1)
A: laterally rotates metacarpal 5
Palmaris brevis
O: palmar aponeurosis & flexor retinaculum
I: dermis of skin

A: improves grip
Adductor Pollicis
O: transverse head- metacarpal 3
oblique head- capitate & base metacarpal 2&3
I: base of proximal phalanx & extensor hood of thumb

A: adducts thumb
Lumbricals
O: tendons of flexor digitorum profundus
I: extensor hoods of finger 2-5
N: lateral 2: median nerve
medial 2: ulnar nerve
A: MCP flexion while maintaining IP extension
