- Psychotic disorders, agitation

- Depressed mental status
- Parkinson’s disease

Adverse Effects
A
- Extrapyramidal symptoms
- Drowsiness
- Tardive dyskinesia
- Hypo/hypertension
- V-tach, sinus tachycardia
- QT prolongation, torsades de pointes

Administration
A

Adult:
- Mild: 0.5-2 mg PO/IM
- Moderate: 5-10 mg PO/IM
- Severe: 10 mg PO/IM
- Not recomended for peds
