Often incidental finding or prompted by diagnosis in family member
Fatigue, weakness, lethargy, arthralgias, hepatomegaly, diabetes, impotence, bronzing of skin

A

Lifestyle modification - avoid iron or iron-containing supplements
Late stage - blood letting
