A

LFTs (raised AST and ALT, raised or normal ALP), bilirubin (raised), albumin (low)
FBC (anaemia, leukocytosis, thrombocytopenia)
U+Es (normal or low Na, K, Mg, P)
Hepatic ultrasound

A

Alcohol abstinence/reduction, weight loss, smoking cessation, good nutrition
Corticosteroids
Diuretics for ascites
