What is the presentation of autoimmune hepatitis?
Fatigue, anorexia, abdominal discomfort, hepatomegaly, jaundice, pruritis, arthralgia, nausea, fever, spider angiomata
What are the investigations for autoimmune hepatitis?
Raised AST, ALT, bilirubin, GGT, ALP, PTT
Consider antibodies
What is the management for autoimmune hepatitis?
Corticosteroid, immunosuppressant
What are the complications of autoimmune hepatitis?
Liver failure, cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, portal hypertension, oesophageal varices, ascites
