Neuroblastoma
Neuroblastic tumours = arise from primitive cells of sympathetic system
Vast majority arise from the ADRENAL GLAND
Third most common childhood tumour after leukaemia and brain malignancy
2/3 intraabodominal, 1/3 intrathoracic

Non-specific mass, 30% have calcifications
