A

PPI + Clarithromycin + Metronidazole (PCM)

If already tried clarithromycin before: PPI + Bismuth + Metronidazole + tetracycline (PBMT)

2nd line: PPI + metronidazole + Levofloxin (PML)

A

PPI + Amoxicillin + Metronidazole or Clarithromycin (PAC/PAM)

OR

PPI + Amoxicillin + tetracycline (if previously treated with met or clar) (PAT)
