Labia minora fused (raphe) secondary to low oestrogen levels.

  • not present in newborns as maternal oestrogen
  • TX not necessary, unless urinary dribble or retention

Autoimmune condition, loss of pigmentation and sclerosis

Occurs 5 yrs and up

Increases the risk of squamous cell cancer
