-HPV: HPV (16 &18) -Metrorrhagia, postcoital spotting, cervical ulceration. Cervix does not move on exam. -Hysterectomy
Cervical
-Malignant form of hydatidorm mole -Continued, recurrent bleeding
Choriocarcinoma
-Risk: Long term exposure to estrogen w/o progesterone compliment; obesity; DM, nuilip, PCOS w/ long anovulation -S/S Abn. bleeding, 50-70yrs -DX: PAP, US, Biopsy -Tx: Progestines, hysterectomy
Endometrial CA
-Risk: HPV -Often asymptomatic, bleeding, mass/plaque/ulcer
Vaginal
-Non-viable fertilized egg implants in uterus Grape-like clusters enlarged edatous villi, benign -Risk: more common in asians; prior spontaneous -N/V, uterine bleed, amenorrhea/irregularity
(Gestational Trophoblastic disease) Hydatidiform mole
-Common, but often benign. Deadly when not -Risk: BRCA1>BRCA2; 1st degree relatives -Vague GI discomfort, pelvic pressure/pain, asymptomatic -Dx: US; CA 125 -Tx: Chemo; ooporectomy; hysterectomy
Ovarian
Risk: BRCA 1; 60s-70yrs; 1st degree relative -Firm, ill-defined margins, fixated mass. Nipple retraction,
Breast cancer
-Risks: HPV; prolonged vulvar irritation -S/S: >50yrs, lesion, growth, mass, PRURITIS -Biopsy/excision
