What is phimosis
A condition where the foreskin does not fully retract over the head of the penis
What is paraphimosis
Forceful retraction of the foreskin over the head of the penis creating a tight band that can obstruct urinary flow and create ischemia to the penile head
Pelvic inflammatory disease manifestations
Pain worsening from walking, urinating, sexual intercourse, fever, chills
Pelvic inflammatory disease admission
Pregnant women, HIV, high temp, peritonitis, children

Preeclampsia manifestations
SBP >140, albuminuria, proteinura, edema, HA, increased deep tendon reflexes
HELLP Syndrome
Hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, low platelets
Antihypertensives for preeclampsia
Hydralazine, labetalol, nipride
Prolapsed cord treatment
Knees to chest, buttocks elevated, keep sterile
