Describe Tuckman’s model of group development

A

-Model suggested that groups go through each of the stages while in a process of development and as a consequence of the norms, rules, relationships and effects on each other change and evolve
-Stages:
Forming, storming, norming, performing
-Groups may revert to an earlier stage such as if there’s a new coach
