You’ve been knocked to the ground and your Op is at your side punching or choking

A
Turtle up
Knee against Op's body
Fish for an arm, then push Op's chin with free hand
Free leg goes over Op's head and rolls him down
Up-Hit-Hug
Roll down to lifted hips
Up-Hit-Exit
Kick Op on the way up

or

Op is choking you…
Hand between Op’s hands to hook down one hand, then push Op’s chin with free hand…

You’ve been knocked to the ground and Op is between your legs (Guard)

A

Wrap an arm and pull Op’s head in (tight, annoy, hit…)
When he lifts his torso, shrimp hips out
Slide knee against Op’s torso
Kick with top leg while you sweep with low leg (hold onto Op’s neck). You will end up in Full Mount
Punch x3, Clear arms and elbow, Head slam x3
Hands on Op’s chest to pop up
Kick on the way out

You’ve been knocked to the ground and Op is straddling your chest (Full Mount)

Turtle up
Shoot elbows into Op's thighs to get him to lower his head
Hook neck and push chin with free hand
Pull you leg up to hook Op's ankle
Bridge out
Punch groin x3 
Push off of Op's knees to exit

You’ve been knocked to the ground and Op uses side control position for a choke

Strike/grab groin? Or…
Block and trap Op’s free hand to prevent punching
Pull Op’s chin up to allow free hand to reach adam’s apple. Push Op’s neck away while…
Plant outside leg, shrimp hip out
Swing outside leg over Op’s head
Up-Hit-Exit with a kick

Op is in Full Mount (straddling your chest)

A
  1. If Op is high on your chest, shove him towards your hips.
  2. Hip buck and knee Op’s back to bring Op down.
  3. Wrap one arm, push elbow of other arm.
  4. Hook Op’s heel on wrapped arm side.
  5. Bridge to wrapped side (think over and up).
  6. Punch to groin, push off knees. Kick?

Op is in Guard (Between your Legs)

A
  1. Buck hips to bring Op to you.
  2. Wrap one arm. Push at elbow of other arm.
  3. Push Op’s arm over a knee to help contain it.
  4. Shrimp opposite direction (move other leg to Op’s back to continue to control).
  5. Leg that was on Op’s back returns to floor, hand that was on elbow to the floor. Lift yourself and slide away.
  6. Leg that was blocking arm kicks to Op’s hip. Kick again to chest.
  7. Defensive stand up.
