Riesling

A

Origin : Germany
Growing conditions: best in cool to cold climates
Most tend to be dry to lightly sweet wines, but has a very high acidity.
Can be made into extremely sweet dessert wines. Aged in steel.
Varietals can range: floral, honey and gasy notes.

Sauvignon Blanc

A

Origin: Bordeaux and the valley of France/ cool temperatures for growth. Light to medium body. Dry table wines. Aged in oak.
Varietal characteristics: grapefruit, tropical fruits, gooseberries, fresh cut grass,herbs and cat urine.
