How did british colonial practices contribute to the growth of self-government in the colonies?
england was too far away, colonists learned how to rely on themselves
identify some steps that led to growing feelings if unity in the colonies:
albany plan (7 states), stamp act( boycott taxes), first continental congress
describe the outcomes of the First continental Congress:
declaration of Independence, refuse trade, 12 colonies, may meeting if didn’t improve
