A

Sets conditions for Products:
Various laws that cover how goods & services can be sold, must meet these 3:
-Prod should be Fit for purpose
-Should match its description
-Should be of satisfactory quality
(Legislation - the process of making or enacting laws)

A

    • Inc Size, Quantity, Materials its made from & its properties

  • If prods don’t meet the legal requirements, customers can ask for their money back, a repair or replacement
    • This costs bus money & harms its reputation
