Why did the scriptures provide an incredibly specific timeline for the crucifixion of Jesus?

In Exodus 29:38–42, the Lord instructed His people to offer two daily/tamid sacrifices. They were known as the “morning sacrifice“ at 9 AM and “the evening sacrifice“ at 3 PM. See p 44

Jesus was fulfilling once and for all both the morning sacrifice at 9 AM (Mark 15:25) and the evening sacrifice at 3 PM (Matthew 27:46a, 50) The tamid (continual, perpetual) sacrifices were completed in him at his crucifixion. … Jesus is the forever tamid sacrifice, and his sacrifice is still providing salvation for all who believe in it’s at to work on their behalf.
