Q

What does it mean for God to be the REGULATOR of morality?

A

Means that He can change the rules, e.g. if He commanded every parent to murder their children, then this would be right, as God commanded it (problematic for obvious reasons).

Q

What does it mean if God commands things BECAUSE they are good?

A

Means that he cannot be omnipotent, as something already being good establishes a standard of goodness independent of God.
