j. Notice that recommendations from current and past supervisors shall be sought.
k. Notice that past performance evaluations shall be considered.
I. Notice that an internal affairs complaint history shall be reviewed and considered.
m. The name and telephone number of a supervisor whom applicants may contact to obtain additional information about the vacant position.

The Personnel Allocation Committee
Except as directed by the Chief of Police, or as described in another section of this General Order, no transfer of a classified employee is effective until approved by the
Personnel Allocation Committee.
Unless otherwise approved by the Chief of Police, probationary police officers and newly promoted police officers and sergeants shall be assigned to a vacancy in a uniformed division for which no applications have been received or as determined by ESD.
These officers and sergeants shall remain for at least ____year in their first regular assigned division. This does not apply to employees transferred out on a rotation assignment.

Division commanders
