Yes
Are lieutenants and above required to enter public contact data into ATS when they make enforcement contacts?
Lieutenants and above do not have access to ATS, but are required to make public dtaa entries using the CJIS 2000 form, created by OAG.
How long are CJIS 2000 (Management stop data forms) forms maintained at the area level?
Until the information has been transmitted to the OAG.
An officer makes an enforcement stop on a vehicle with four occupants. The officer cites the driver, and searches two of the passengers. How many public contact data entries would the officer have to make for this stop?
Three entries. One for each enforcement stop, action, detention, crash or motorist service.

Only the primary agency with investigative jurisdiction.
What interactions do not require public data entry on the A415?
1) Crowd control or contacts made during public safety evacuations (e.g., natural disasters, critical incidents).
2) Contacts made during active shooter incidents.
3) Contacts made during security screenings required of all persons entering a building or event.
4) contacts made during routine traffic control, sobriety checkpoints, or other situations in which the contact is the result of a blanket regulatory activity or neutral formula not based on individualized suspicion or personal characteristics.
Can names, addresses, social security numbers or other unique personal identifying information of persons be entered into A415 entry?
