layers of ground (strata singular)

where and when artefact was found. Origin

in its original position
Bias?
an opinion/feeling felt by author, preventing from being completely objective or neutral about as event/person. Biased source has been influence by author’s personal opinions.
Propaganda?
info, ideas, rumours deliberately spread by a particular group (usually gov), which aims to influence people’s opinion.
Assemblage?
collection
Reliability (of source)?
Comes from appropriate author and their POV isn’t too bias. Accurate.
if source is trustworthy and provides evidence to help with event/person/theory.
Usefulness (of source)?
how much info given.
Tell/mound?
the different level of ground by sites/walls underneath it. (used to find sites of shadow marks)?
Ethics?
the study of morals in human conduct
Decomposition?
process where organic material is broken down into simpler forms of matter - basically when body rots after death.
Sphagnan?
substance found in cell walls of moss that prevents destructive bacteria operating.
