it would increase as a country develops as they can invest in money in eduactions

why is development very difficult to measure
quality of life and standard of living are very different. a person’s standard of living is based on their income and can be easily be compared e.g. access to clean water and education. quality of life is your opinion.
why is development very difficult to measure - false image
saudi arabia is “rich” but has lots of inequlity when it comes to wealth
others propblems with hdi
data could be out of date
unreliable- child mortality can be unreported
they do not inculde informal ecomony
corrupt goverments e.g. North Korea
