Less access to healthcare for people with alcohol related problems – could die of these conditions.

Many have turned from traditional, lower fat diets to ones full of processed food – contain fats, sugars, salt (energy dense)
Effects are worse due to lack of health promotion, cheap, lack of food labelling/legislation

Lifestyle diseases – T2D, obesity, CVD…
Often results in comorbidity (when more than one disease is experienced at a time). For example, communicable diseases due to things associated with living in poverty (less sanitation, malnutrition) and non-communicable diseases due to consuming the food.
