-Encourage ph work between non-governmental organizations (NGOs), universities, civil society members, governments and corporations
-Strengthen health systems’ ability to promote global health security
-Plan and implement strategies for better health outcomes globally
-Reinforce effective leadership and governance in public health capacity building and improve the quality of health systems.
-Ensure a comprehensive approach to tackling the threats to health everywhere
