What is the International Environment Law and what is it concerned about?
The international environmental Law is a branch of publicinternational law- a body oflawcreated by States for States to govern problems that arise between States.
It is concerned with the attempt to control pollution and the depletion of natural resources within a framework of sustainable development.
Define Environment
Environment comprise all aspects such as land, air, water, forests etc that man uses for his welfare.
These components can either be maintained for better health or polluted /violated to lead to negative consequences on human health.
