3- Qualitätswein: must come from one of the 13 Anbaugebiet; PDO ; strict regulation sugar level at harvest,taste test and chimical analysis; min 7%abv;

4- Prädikatswein: superior quality; degrees of ripeness and sugar content of grapes; min must weight (Ochsele);
