change in caliber of stools, alternating bowel habits, or significant weight loss
IF a pt has painless white oral lesion that cannot be rubbed or scraped off – dx?

Squamous cell
If you see hemoptysis it is what until proven otherwise?

In an adult between ages 55-80 who have a 30 pack-year hx & currently smoke or quit within the past 15 years = low dose CT
*Stop screening once person has not smoked x15 years
