A
D- Drugs (opioids, sedatives, LDOPA, digoxin
E- eyes, ears and sensory deficit
L- low oxygen states, MI, stroke, PE
I- infection
R- retention
I- ictal
U- under hydration/ nutrition
M- metabolic; DM, post op, sodium, uraemia
S- subdural haemorrhage
