• I have had severe and sharp pain in my abdomen for the past 5 days, concentrated on the right side.
• Initially, I experienced body aches and a fever of 37.8°C for the first two days, which I mistook for a cold. These symptoms have since resolved.
• Current symptoms include intense stomach pain, belching, occasional dizziness and nausea (especially in the morning), fatigue, and a pulling sensation in the lower right side of my abdomen.
  I have three areas of strong pain
  I have Diarrhea one or two times a day.

For several months, I have been troubled by periodic pain in my left ear. Sometimes the pain is intense, but more often it is a dull ache, and I feel like there is something inside my ear.
Previously prescribed ear drops provided temporary relief, but now the ear is hurting again, and it seems like my hearing has worsened.
