What’s plate margins

A

The Earth’s crust is divided into plates. The point at which each plate joins another is called the margin or boundary.

Plates moving together form a destructive plate margin. Plates that move apart are called constructive. Plates that move alongside each other are called conservative plate margins.

Whats the causes of earthquakes and volcanoes.

A

Earthquakes are caused mostly by rupture of geological faults, but also by other events such as landslides.

Volcanoes are caused by movement of tectonic plates deep within the earth’s surface and along its ocean floors

A

The main feature of cinder cone volcanoes is their conical shape together with steeply angled sides.

The main feature of shield volcanoes is low-density magma
