relief, drainage, vegetation
What do human features mean?
buildings, settlements, agriculture, industry, transport
What does agriculture mean?
animals, the plots of land, fences, what is in plots, any farm buildings + machinery you can see
What does relief mean?
height and shape of ground surface, including the names of any features you can identify
What does settlement mean?
features of buildings, types of buildings, use of buildings, spacing of buildings, and whether nuclear, linear, or dispersed.
What does housing mean?
size, number of storeys, building materials, quality, windows, builidng plots.
What are scree slopes?
slopes made of loose pieces of rock.
What is an escarpment?
a long, steep slope, especially at the edge of a plateu or separating areas of land at different heights.
