Risk factors are family history, prolonged stress, childhood trauma, excessive stimulant consumption.

Cognitive behavioural therapy Health, diet and exercise Yoga, mindfulness, meditation SSRIs Sleep Benzodiazepines Reduce alcohol, caffeine and tobacco intake
