2) category B. Written briefings in the CCI. It will show if AV brief req.

4) category C. Special training (OMD) e.g. visit as observer, sim etc.

No. CAP 413 states:

When transmitting messages containing aircraft call sign, altimeter settings, Flight Levels (with the exception of FL100, 200, 300 etc which are expressed as Flight Level (number) Hundred).

Your read back will be:
“Climb Flight Level one Hundred”
“Climb Flight Level two Hundred”
“Climb Flight Level three Hundred”

CAP 413:
For all transmissions, the word “hectopascal” shall be appended to figures when transmitting a pressure setting below 1000 hPA or in cases where confusion or ambiguity may result.
