nontender mass adjacent to testis that transilluminates
hydrocele
PAINFUL and tender masses near testis could be
orchitis
epididymitis
nontender, non-transilluminating mass near testis could be
tumor
man lower abdomen pain
and
unilateral scrotal enlargement when upright
indirect hernia
direct hernia
no bulging scrotum (like with indirect)
