What is the standard fuel burn sequence?
- Fuel burnt from wing tanks until 85.6% Capacity = 2610kg.
- The aircraft will then automatically transfer fuel from centre tank to wing tanks until centre tank is empty.
- Fuel from main tanks then burnt.
ALM - What is the maximum fuel variation permitted on the load sheet before a recalculation is required?
300kg
ALM - What is the standard taxi fuel?
150kg
CDP - What is the initial branch point of the CDP?
All aircraft are required to maintain runway track to 500ft Above Aerodrome Elevation. (May or may not be shown on CDP)
CDP - When can a CDP be discontinued?
After passing the initial branch point, and the aircraft is at or above;
- Publish MSA or LSALT, or;
- A MVA and subject to vectors, or;
- An altitude suitable for visual return to an airport in DAY VMC
CDP - What are the actions prior to and after the initial branch point on a CONTAINMENT CDP?
Before - Maintain engine out track
After - track as required, but remain clear of defined areas with altitude restrictions, and within 25nm.
CDP - If an engine failure occurs after the final branch point of a MANDATORY CDP what needs to be complied with?
Track via the SID, enough vertical separation has already been gained.
CDP- What speed is the CDP calculated on if their is no restriction of speed listed?
Green Dot
CDP - Below acceleration altitude what is the speed tolerance, and angle of bank permitted?
V2 - V2+10kts & 15 degree AOB
DM - If the aircraft is exposed to temperatures below 0 after being de-iced can the aircraft still depart?
Yes, but the aircraft cannot be in any active (falling) precipitation. Including Fog, Mist, Hail, Rain, Drizzle, Snow or Sleet. NJS prohibits departure in these conditions.
