What are your Strengths?
I think one of my biggest strengths is being open-minded and un-afraid of change.
I strongly believe that self-growth and self-awareness is one of the most valuable assets people have, and I’m always striving to learn more and be better than I was the day before.
What are your Weaknesses?
One of my biggest weaknesses is that I tend to spend a lot of time in my own head; I have a lot of ideas and I love making plans, researching and starting projects but I often end up off track and procrastinating.
One of the biggest things I’ve found to help with this is having a structured daily routine - because as much as I like my freedom, I always work better and get more done in a structured environment.
Why do you want to join the ADF?
My Dad was in the army when he was younger and talked about it a lot, so its something I’ve always thought about. I want a career where I can make a difference, something that will challenge me to be a better version of myself.
