Injunction
A form of equitable relief in which a party is ordered to perform or refrain from performing a certain act.
Matter of law
A legal concept where the court applies undisputed facts to established legal principles to reach a legal conclusion.

The property or assets held by a trust.

Demurrers

Voidable Title
Title held by a purchaser who has obtained goods fraudulently from an owner who parted with them voluntarily. This type of title is not valid for the defrauder, but it becomes a good title through a sale to a good faith purchaser.

Having no legal effect.
