Airway emergency where there is partial obstruction of larynx or large airways, heard during inspiration

A
Raised resp rate, use of accessory muscles, intercostal recessions, subcostal recessions, nasal flaring, head bobbing, tracheal tugging, cyanosis, abnormal airway noises

High flow humidified oxygen via tight nasal cannulae.
CPAP using nasal cannulae.
Intubation and ventilation with endotracheal tube
