Gender definition
The roles, characteristics and responsibilities of men and women that are created by our societies, families and cultures. It varies from society to society and can be changed.

cultural norms definition
Cultural norms are the ways of behaving in a particular culture that are considered normal and are expected from its members.
Toxic masculinity
Toxic masculinity is the socially constructed idea of what it means to be a man, but is in reality an exaggeration of masculine qualities, such as being tough, being violent or suppressing emotions, that can be extremely harmful to both the individual and society as a whole. It is when certain masculine qualities are glorified by society, but are in reality harmful.

an opinion or feeling that strongly favours either men or women
